Palazzo Vecchio Reserved Entry Tickets

Thanks to the queue-cutting ticket, entry is quick and easy. I highly recommend it. personally, I didn't take a guide. But I enjoyed my visit, there are clear explanatons.

There was no more room on the museum's website.... Is this due to massive purchases by companies like yours?

It made all the things I've read about the Medici family, and that part of Italian history seem to come to life BUT, I thought it was very strange that they wanted to hold onto my passport in order to give me an audio headset. As it turned out, they were out of them in English at that time.

Good to have a time slot and not worry about long waits. Lots of grandure and art ,and frescoes.Great main hall ,well worth a visit if in Florence

Obviously one of the must-visit places in Firenze. I'd recommend to visit in early hours just after the opening of Palazzo as there are not so many tourists inside. We booked at 09:00 and it was pretty cool. If you take Palazzo Secret Passages you can then explore this landmark by yourself so no need to book 2 different visits. Highly recommend

The skip the line entry was seamless through the app but the inclusions stated entry to the palace and entry to Arnolfo tower which was not the case. It turned out entry to Arnolfo tower was not included.

Having a booked ticket beforehand is very important for short trips. You can never foresee how long the lines are. And they can be long. Some people like the spontaneous adventure. I do also , but I don't want to spend precious time standing in lines. Happy with service.

No guidebook, but enough written explanations to help you find your way around. Architecturally interesting. For the physically challenged, there are a number of steps to take into account. I didn't see an elevator.

Tremendous architecture history and culture wrapped up in one amazing building. Stunning map room at top and end of the tour _ big surprise and very unique.

The exhibit itself ! While there might be few furniture in the Palazzo, I was impressed by the art on walls and ceilings. simply beautiful.

The Palazzo Vecchio was amazing and more than I expected. So many hidden gems, it's definitely worth the entry fee. I highly recommend a visit.

Good morning we had a good experience and saw a very beautiful palace... definitely having used for the first time Ticket Purchase Service I did not realize the need to also book audio guide... it was not possible to visit the best missing audio guide...

Gar kein Anstehen, Billet an der richtigen Stelle vorgewiesen und schon ging es rein 👍🏻 Rucksäcke und Taschen müssen abgegeben werden, das ist aber kostenlos und wir hatten das Glück, das wir auch dort nicht anstehen mussten und auch gleich noch auf die Toilette konnten. Alles in allem gelungener und eindrücklicher Besuch. Tipp: Kurz vor Feierabend Ticket buchen, dann hat es weniger Leute (wir waren um 17 Uhr und praktisch alleine...)

I just looked around for my selv! Its an amasing gordious building. I have read alot about the Medici family and the rennessanse. And for that reason of special interest for me to see!

No queue, quick entry and few other visitors. We really liked the service and can recommend this route to the Palazzo Vecchio.

The Headout experience is the right one. What does not meet is the palace itself, empty and lacking in information, places to sit and simply analyze and observe the paintings, ceilings ... I found little care and little focused on what it offers mainly that is to contemplate the artistic beauty of the palace.

The Palazzo Vecchio is a beautiful historical building full of beautiful paintings. I enjoyed it and recommend it to anyone who visits Florence. It was a pity that the tower was not included in the ticket, and I only found out when I was just near the stairs to it. To go to the tower, I was told to go downstairs again (a lot of stairs), but the ticket to the tower and come back again, then go up the stairs to the tower. They should tell you this when you're still downstairs!
