We most enjoyed our Colosseum and Paletine Hill tour with Felicity. Felicity has been an amazing tour guide, she was indeed very knowledgable and provided us a very rich, informative and fun tour experience. She made it very interactive by encouraging us to ask questions. We would have appreciated more information to be given during the Vatican City tour.

The guide was very knowledgeable and kind. Although the museum was very busy, she guided us through the throng of visitors.

The guide was very professional and pleasant. It was a very hot day. The instructions ask to be there half an hour before departure, which I and my two children did. If the whole group is not complete you can't go out. We had to wait 50 minutes in total. We had to wait 50 minutes in total for a person from a group that had returned to the hotel to get their passports. We started the tour exhausted. I wish they would have respected their own rules and we would have left on time.

the archaeologist had abundant knowledge, she explained the history of colosseum, Roman forum and palatine hill like was a a fairy tail, she was so specific and at the same time so simple! I were impressed!

Covered a lot of ground and a lot of history in one afternoon. Guide was very knowledgable and informative, with a sense of humor - kept us interested and smiling. Would definitely use this company again for future Rome/Vatican Museum/Sistine Chapel/St.Peter's Basilica tours.

Very organized... although we queued, there were no slow lines... the guide Beatrice was very didactic, kept the group's attention and mood throughout the visit...

It's not cool at all! The Colosseum should be an experience that leaves traces and my experience with such an apathetic guide, without passion and desire, was really horrible, boring and monotonous. In addition, the page very poorly informs the meeting place with the guide. I was at the indicated address 30 minutes before and nobody arrived. I almost lost the tour. When I finally met my group a very rude man scolded me for my unpunctuality. I wanted to explain and I only received bad treatment. Horrible horrible

We absolutely loved the tour of Colosseum and Palatine Hill with Fi . She made the places alive with her retelling of facts mixed with stories and occasional cheeky comments. Her passion for Rome and ancient history is infectious. Highlight of our trip. Thank you Fi.

Our guid I can not speak Highley of thay man. His name was ertuk and this man need a raise. Having a civil engineer who is so passionate about the area and such full of knowledge blew myself and my wife away. Headout please GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE or at the very least build him a temple just like the sons of roman emperor did for their fathers. You really have an amazing guy that made such an amazing impression on me and my wife.

Inside the forum we did not even stay forty minutes, 15 of which we waited for people to go to the bathroom. We did not visit the ruins area. In the colosseum well, the guide was good but a pity because we paid to see the forum and we saw hardly anything.

Guide was running through everything without looking back at all. Pointing at things when nobody was around. Everyone was struggling to keep up.

Paula is an excellent guide! Very informative, clear and engaging, and also allowed us some time to browse on our own and take pictures. Would definitely recommend her as a guide again :) The audio systems were also good and made the experience better

I loved it. The guide (Eva I think) was very nice and friendly. She gave in an entertaining and dynamic way an explanation about the construction of the building and the activities in it. We were deeply moved by this experience, and we took away a lot of knowledge. It is really to be recommended.

The guide (Lorenzo) was exceptional and provided us with constant historical commentary throughout the 3.5 hour tour. The highlight of our 4 days in Rome.

From ease of scheduling to the tour it was very easy and pleasant. The tour guide was great and knowledgeable. The entire experience was excellent.

Vatican museums and Sistene Chapel are busy! It doesn't matter which tour or own entry, it's crowded! Saying that Claudia did an amazing job keeping our tour group together, taking us through some highlights and managing to find quieter corners to give us info. The audio via her microphone to our earbuds was so clear and she made sure to not leave anyone behind. We got decent time at the Sistene Chapel before she took us to the entry of St Peters Basilica. Meetup point is as per their email (clear images and google maps location marker) - not on the steps of Via Tunisi where dozens of other tour groups are congregated. Had booked this tour 2 weeks prior to going (all official tickets had been sold out) and was worried we wouldn't be able to get in. The Vatican museums are huge and this tour only shows some highlights - but some of the well presented facts (esp re why Michaelangelo's works were so famous, the significance of blue paint etc) make the visit more memorable. Granted it is 4-5x the price of entry ticket alone but as a tour, is a good way to compactly see the museums, chapel and enter st peters with minimal wait times

Freddy was very knowledgeable and so informative throughout the entire tour! We loved the entire tour and would highly recommend to all!

The tour was too rushed, and also there were too many warnings not to get separated from the guide or risk being detained by the police and not being able to enter the Sistine Chapel. This made it impossible for me to fully enjoy the tour. There didn't seem to be much organization to the tour, either, as our guide kept wandering back and forth through the crowd trying to figure out where we were supposed to go.
