There isn't much to the attraction itself but we fed off the energy of the placements of videos and objects to pique your interest in the evolution of Dubai. Process of entering was well organized and went by fast. I would recommend for a one time visit.

This platform is very convenient n we were really greatful for making our experience memorable ones - as I saw myself people have to stand in long Ques to get the tickets that too at prices which m sure not available like which we got here from head outs. Thank you again n we strongly recommend this to all..

It was a great experience to watch Dubai Frame which shows the earlier culture of UAE as well as future Dubai and the view fro the top is awesome.

No issues with the online Purchase. And no issues at the entry gate. We had purchased a skip the Queue ticket but when we arrived at the Garden there was no Queue. This should be considered when pricing the tickets and should be offered only during the season times.

The garden is very large and beautiful. We went as a family and young and old enjoyed the experience! I highly recommend it!

First off, the "skip the line" tag was purely misleading since I showed my tickets and still had to wait in line. Secondly, this is my 2nd time visiting Miracle Garden, I noticed a very inappropriate sight. Last time I visited the garden, the red carpet photo perfect area with the Emirates flight back drop was open to all visitors equally. This time around, somehow they have managed to keep the entry to that specific area blocked with paid photography. This was just nonsense commercial. It's one thing to provide an additional service of paid professional photography and a whole other scam to block visitors from even taking a photo themselves in the location. The ticket or terms and conditions DID NOT specify such exclusions. Hoping such cheap marketing tactics are removed to help attract more tourists and keep the charm of this beautiful attraction alive.

Miracle Garden was impressive, but only recommended between 9-11am, otherwise it's too hot. The Butterfly Garden was wonderful, also indoors and therefore also recommended at lunchtime.

It was a amazing experience for me to be in there, I really recommend it, if you have the plan to enjoy with friends, family and/or colleagues.

It was simple and price was competitive What was confusing though is the genuineness of the website as there are multiple websites with similar names

All very beautiful, scenic, well-kept and clean. Too hot though, there are few places to shelter from the sun and if the season doesn't allow it they could keep it closed like others; in other season even the visit would have been better.

The Staffs and Guides were really friendly. Everything was so well managed and we reccomend our friend and relatives to come and visit this place.

Miracle Gardens are always a treat, but the heat can be a challenge despite numerous areas in the shade. A big improvement would be to have less merchants on the side that shout after you - I mean no one goes to Miracle Gardens to buy a dress... and having 20 sellers of juice one after the other just kills their sales. But back to the gardens, I've visited them years ago and then again now and I like how the maintain them and change the exhibits. Personally I liked the elephants and the huge horse heads. Buying the ticket via headout was the best deal, cheaper than the official website.

Umbrellas needs to be maintained. Green roof top needs to be maintained to increase the business. They can gain business during summer also.

It was great. Such a beautiful place. Nice to have food stalls right there. Floral head wreath were overpriced though :) A very good experience over all.

We had a very mixed experience, we booked our tickets online for the Dubai Garden Glow which also included the dinosaur Park, we really just wanted to go for the Dubai Garden Glow. On arrival to the front desk at the park, the female was quite pushy when it came to upselling us two tickets for the Magic Park. She told us that this was the main bit of the park and was a 'must see' and 'not to be missed', as we didn't know any better or what this was and she seemed adamant we would be missing out if we didn't pay her an extra 90 AED for the tickets we decided to give it a go. Safe to say this was extremely dissapoint and absolutely not worth the money whatsoever, we were in and out within 5 minutes it was that bad, a really dissapointing 'attraction' if it can be called that. We then went around the Glow Garden which is what we really wanted to see and it was amazing, clearly a lot of effort has gone it to it and the lights were really impressive. On exiting the park we spoke with the same female who upsold us the magic park tickets and stated how severly dissapointing we were with the magic park and asked for our money back (for the magic park only, not the whole attraction) as this is what she upsold us with false hopes and claims. She stated as we had been inside the magic park and effectively l used the tickets she could not refund the money. This unfortunately put a downer on what would have been an amazing visit to a very impressive attraction. Visit Garden Glow, DO NOT visit Magic Park unless you want to be dissapointed.

It was quiet and very few people. Great to have gone in the off peak season in summer. And it wasn't even warm. Nice, cool and few tourists meant great photos! Ticket booking was easy through headout site and the entry was a swish!

Entry was quick and without any problems. The information was very informative and the view was phenomenal. As we had no time constraints, we were able to stay as long as we wanted. Everything ran like clockwork. It was a successful day!!! 👍🙋‍♂️🙋🏻
