Sagrada Familia Fast-Track Tickets with Hosted Entry

Booking the tickets was an easy process and the Tour Guide agents Julia were helpful. We had a great guide who was extremely knowledgeable taking us around Sagrada Famillia and made the tour easy and enjoyable.

It was very easy to enter Sacrada Familia thanks to the guide. She was very kind and explained the main points of the church well. We were really liked with the whole experience.

We had an amazing time at Sagrada. Our guide was great and very informative. They provided the headphones and devices to listen to our guide which was awesome. Could not recommend the Sargrada Familia experience through Headout more. However things took a turn when it came to the Park Guell experience. There are a lot of enterances to the Park and the pickup station is at the bottom of the park. Meaning if you get dropped off anywhere (or take the bus) you have to walk down and then back up to get to the meetup point. When we got to the meet up point the guide was not there. Customer Service was completely unhelpful. Eventually we just entered the park on our own and winged it. Apparently there was an audio guide to download in the email that was sent (I still have yet to find it) and there was nothing in the app. We also could have entered from any entrance because there wasn't a guide to meet. Which means that we didn't need to rush around the outside of the park to get to the "right" entrance. I would NOT recommend the Park Guell portion through Headout. Just get your own ticket or use one of the many other tour companies that actually guide you through the park.

Our guide Paula was fantastic. Confident, Upbeat and excited to convey the facts and make it interesting with a story to tell. This guided tour was a fantastic experience at Sagrada Familia.

Our guide, Marc, was terrific! He took good care of our group, keeping us together among the crowds. His passion for Sagrada Familia was apparent, and his explanations of its history and symbolism were excellent. We highly recommend this way to visit Gaudi's most extraordinary work.

The attraction was wonderful,just too many others trying to see it too. The guide was good, very informative and friendly. 30 minutes was enough because you're just dying to go back and have a really good look at things.

Tina was amazing, she led the group with experience,boundless knowledge and humour. We ad trouble getting to the correct location she was in full communication even dropping us a pin so we could find her and didn't miss out. Thank you Tina for looking after us and making it a tour to remember.

Everything was very well organized and worked smoothly!!! However, the tour guide provided more show than content, especially at the beginning; in the course of the tour she showed good knowledge, but overall explained very lengthy, so that the tour took much longer than announced; that was very exhausting and difficult for follow-up program.

We had booked the Hop on Hop off bus, Sagrada Familia and Park Güell combination for our stay in Barcelona. Everything went well, no long waiting times. We were a bit disappointed by the park, but maybe we were just badly informed....

Excellent tour lead by very knowledgeable and pleasant tour guide. Headphones were so helpful to hear everything that was said in the large crowds. Sagrada Familia is a " must not miss" tour.

Amazing place. Great guide. Very busy place! Inconsistent application of clothing rules. Erron the very modest side to be safe, although bare shoulders seem fine.

We visited the Sagrada Familia with our guide Dolores, who was incredibly kind, concerned about people's interaction, helpful and sweet. She really surprised me.

I liked the explanations received, which were a bit different from the ones received more than 12 years ago, during my first visit to Sagrada Familia. Related to tickets, they were easy to get, but the huge number of people waiting in front of the door made a bit difficult to meet the designated guide.

This tour was well reasonably priced, organized and the tour guide was efficient, knowledgeable, and the mic with radios was a nice touch in being able to hear the guide. The tour wasn't too long either but long enough to be interesting and informative as the guide made additional suggestions of viewing spots to visit after her lecture was over. It's a great tour if you are short on time (60-90 minutes is sufficient time for a quick walk through) or want guidance yet freedom to do your own investigating to stay as long as you like after the tour guides lecture concluded. I highly recommend.

Problem-free handling, very well prepared tour guide who put his heart and soul into the tour. Well organized group size. Tour in English. Meeting point well signposted and easy to find. Quick entry as a group and plenty of time in the Sagrada Familia. A unique experience - highly recommended, especially in the evening! Unfortunately, we only bought the tickets at very short notice before our flight to Barcelona, which is why we didn't get a time slot together. Recommendation: definitely order well before arrival.
