Good app, easy to use. We bought tickets for Sintra without any problem. There are good alternatives. The good thing is that the tickets are in the app and then if you do not have internet, you can see them anyway. Very practical.

If you have the slightest issue with ambulation, get an Uber to palace, then pay for on site bus up to top!! Very steep hills and uneven pavement!
Get timed ticket ahead of time, and be there at least 30 minutes before set time, very crowded!
We liked inside of palace very much, yes, crowded and moves slowly .. but you have more time to see everything! The palace is magical and is worth the effort.. must be a sunny day!!!!
The gardens are also built into steep hills, so not easy to enjoy. This palace is work!!!

Tickets experience very easy and impressive that can access on App without internet. Palace was very impressive but the queues and congested bus journey do make it a bit arduous, although worth it in the end.

The palace was very interesting. Appreciated the signage throughout. Overall, fairly well organized with spreading out groups based on timeframes

Nothing you could do to make it better. The 5:30 pm entrance schedule is for the palace not the entrance. So, it would have been helpful to be there earlier. -

Beautiful palace, amazing colors and architecture and fully furnished and well cared for inside. Gorgeous, extensive walking trail through the woods and gardens, quiet, contemplative lake. Well worth the uphill journey (take an Uber/taxi or bus (#434) and the tram for the final leg - very steep!).

Had a great time in Portugal.
The hotel was amazing and the buffet breakfast was so delicious. Lots of variety. Had something or everyone.

The booking and notification of ticket order and purchase was good. Clear instructions and notication was given by Headout The Pena Palace experience was exceptionally good and well organised. The entire Sintra experience is slick and helpful to eager tourists.

The Pena palace itself is beautiful, what let it down was quite how many people they push through. It was super crowded

Had no idea how close this is to Lisbon, very easy for a day trip if you want to see one or two things. If you want to see it all, I recomend an overnight--Sintra has some of the most beautiful architecture and architectural diversity in Portugal.

I loved the visit, the place was great.
But the audio guide was not what I expected, I don't think it was worth the extra money I paid for it (two normal tickets were 24€ and I paid double for the audio guide).
It didn't go into much depth and got lost in some details that I didn't find that interesting.
In the end, I visited the place without using it, just listening to a couple of sections.

We had managed to only get a spot for the Palace at 13h30. When we got there it was so busy & overwhelming that we didn't have a great time with the crows. We went Mid-May, I can only imagine what peak summer time must be like. We booked the ticket with the transport but the queue was so long to get the bus trip we ended up walking from the gate up & it was about a 500m walk (10-15min stroll) so unless you have difficulties walking, I wouldn't even bother with the transport busses to the top of the Pena Palace.
We enjoyed more the park, it was peaceful, well kept and absolutely stunning!

I liked the convenience of having the tickets but what's not practical is when you have a baby and you absolutely must have a ticket for him, not provided by the site. On the other hand, the audioguide on the phone, the sound is really not adapted so we didn't listen to it. I should have paid less I'm really disappointed by this because in the end it was useless.

Beautiful castle and scenery. Green space was very peaceful. Audio guide should have been included in an already high price for entry - left a bad feeling

Both Quinta da Regaleira and Pena Palace were great to see. Both had unique and historical experiences. It does take quite a while to go from one to the other and noting a travel time (i.e. it takes about 1 hour to leave Quinta to the front door of Pena Palace) would be beneficial

We visited the interior of the Pena Palace. It was very interesting. We had booked tickets for 10:30 am so we arrived at 10 am at the iron gate and entered the palace at 10:30 am. The tour was self-guided, but we managed to understand the history of the palace thanks to the written explanations given in each room. We ended our visit with a tour of the exterior and gardens.

The attraction was superb. The booking experience was excellent. I struggled a bit to get the audio tour working but the tacket lady was very helpful. I got lost a few tmes as I found the directions slightly confusing.

Ticketing was easy although it would be good to mention that if you get the combined Palace and garden ticket that you should see the gardens at least 2 hrs before your slotted time - our time was 4:30. The queue through the Palace was at snail pace however was still beautiful to see.
