Visiting the different parts of Venice was a great experience, wait times between pick ups were a bit long which used up most of the day but it was a wonderful sunny day so we enjoyed it

The boat was on time we didn't have to wait long and either direction. Staff is courteous, and we enjoyed the ride as well. They also found my bag that I left on the boat and have it at their office. I'm hoping they'll mail it to me because I am not here and cannot get the package back because international shipping is not in the same measurement system. They were so kind to alert me that they had it - so grateful.

The weather was perfect, lunch was divine in the cafe ( the girls in your cafe are to be commended. They worked so hard, were very friendly and efficient. A little unclear as to getting across from San Marco, we were originally sent to Lido but it was a glorious day on the water. The e Hinton was wonderful as well.

Venice is always a dream, no matter what one does. I booked to visit the Peggy Guggenheim for 7 people for the same day and found the tickets at the exact time I wanted. Booking and buying tickets is fast and easy. The museum staff friendly and helpful. The museum (exhibit and location) a real treat!!! To return as soon as possible

Really great experience. Easily found the stand where we were to hop on with staff helping us out. The boat was very good and had lovely views. Very easy experience!

Unfortunately, the exhibition was so crowded, including several school classes, that a relaxed visit was not possible

lay out time table could be better therefore we hurried to get the boat but it did not go any further and had to wait half hour before it went to our destination and we had very little time inVenice so was bit wasted time

Booked this trip with any planning, and it turned out to be a great trip! Here are some of them positive experiences I had; - I was able to get a ticket to visit the doge's palace, which was sold out on their website - The staff were very helpful. They told us what time the boats would leave at and explained what islands we could visit in the coming 4 hours. We managed to visit both Murano and Burano. Burano was so cute! Murano was a chill version of Venice. - Boat ride was chill. We enjoyed the view and rested our feet Negatives: - it was difficult to find the boarding area at the st mark's square; I wish there was a mark on the map or some signs to lead people there. - the timetable they sent to my email didn't really match their real operating schedule, so I had to ask the staff about the real schedule. I was also stressed about missing the boat constantly Overall I highly recommend it!

The richness of the art collection, I did not like having to convert the online ticket with the "classic" ticket at the ticket office

A very interesting place and collection of early 20th century modern art, with a temporary exhibition of work by Marcel Duchamp. As it was Guggenheim's personal collection, it adds a special flavor from that period of time, all in her Venice Palazzo! The ticket transfer was seamless, though, there weren't many visitors on that particular day.

I liked the boat which were comfortable, warm and clean. I liked the crew, very nice and welcoming I dislike the fact that in Burano we never found our boat to go back.

The house, it's history, the art choices Peggy made. 😍Been there twice before, always a pleasure to imagine I'm Peggy, he having coffee on that beautifully, simply designed terrace.... Or a meal on that amazingly narrow dinner table! Talk about guest intimacy! Love it!

We bought flexible tickets which allowed us to go to the head of the queue for both purchasing tickets and pre-purchased later session timed tickets. Once inside the collection was impressive and amazing. We spent an enjoyable two hours inside the house and surrounds. Thoroughly recommend.

Ticketing was easy and great to skip the line because the Peggy Guggenheim Museum is one of the more popular and crowded small museums in Venice. It is a gorgeous, if small collection of modern and post impressionist paintings and sculptures, with a current extensive exhibit of Marcel Duchamp.

The process to get tickets was easy enought. I would have liked more informtion on where to pick up tickets, directions, etc. I can see a lot of people my age not feeling comfortable purchsing online without detailed informtation.

The boat, the cruise, the punctuality, the attention and kindness of the staff, the schedules. Everything was perfect! Thank you very much and see you soon I hope!

Wonderful location especially the terrace and the garden - the collection is amazing and especially the phone guide available in various language

Enjoyed the gallery although it was smaller than expected and compared with other experiences it was that bit more expensive.
