The artwork was phenomial. I gained a greater appreication of several artisits work and had a good walk. Need about 2 days to do a good tour, make sure you get up to the 4th floor (there are 2 , 4th floors, one on both sides of the building). Bathrooms are good here, european style go into a main hall to find his and hers. I should not have bought the ticket online, I purchased online because I was standing in line for tickets and didn't want to have them run out, when I went to the have ticket line I got to watch the people I was behind get into the place before I did by 20 minutes. You can get in free from 6 pm to closing ( may be 6:30) if you want to do specific artists, you will need a map to do this, the place is big with lots of really good artists. You are not supposed to take pictures in the museum. For those that like technology, transportation, modeling, history or engineering the Naval Muesem is a couple of miutes walk and for a 3 euro donation is an awesome place. The train musem (a long walk from the naval musem) is also an interesting musem. For a good inexpensive day, on Tuesdays between 10am and 1 you can get into the Real Jardin Botanico (Plaza De Murillo 2 - 28014 Madrid) for free, walk to the Navel musem for a couplre of hours , have lunch and stop at the prado for an evening stroll to look at art. P.S. Some of the musems have a free day once a month, you will have a hard time finding it on your cell phone, you can usally find it online, you will have to wade through all the ticket sites.

Some magnificent art made it memorable however the queue was a damper. I fail to understand the point of booking ahead online when one still stands in the sun for nearly half an hour to get into the museum?

The location is spectacular. Access is very easy by Metro. The avenue is tree-lined and clean. As expected, the museum had a reasonable queue to buy tickets. As I didn't want to queue, I went to the museum's website and bought the ticket online. Within minutes I was inside the museum. Everything was very organized and the service welcoming. As for the Museum, there's no need to comment, it's an unmissable experience. Going to Madrid and not going to the Prado Museum is a huge mistake.

Picasso painting and the whole of sculptures. The exhibit was long but worth to see as i belive this is a once in a lifetime thing you have to see. Positive reviews from my side.

With digital tickets on the smartphone, we bypassed the whole line without needing to convert the reservation into a ticket at the checkout.

The experience was OK, but on Sunday the buses did not run and we had booked for Saturday and Sunday. So, 2 days paid for only 1 day of use.

We really enjoyed the Prado but would have skipped the digital audio guide. We found it hard to figure out the order even with the map in your phone.

the museum is interesting but the ticket cut line was useless we could not avoid the queue We had no paper ticket Orange was broken we had to buy a new bilet Finally .. we saw paintings quality

Given the quantity and importance of the art gallery, I expected the number of audio guide explanations to be higher.

The entry ticket was fine. But you still have to stand in line to get into the museum. I had to stand in line for half an hour. The audio guide didn't work - you have to listen to it on your own phone. Network inside the museum was not great. Save your money and just get the museum's audio system for 5 euros.

The visit to the museum was perfect, a little queue and sun before accessing the museum although those who did not have a ticket were worse.

I learned a lot about Titiano especially and his paintings informed me about Spanish history, especially the Habsburg Charles V and Phillip II

Long queue and waited for an hour despite being on time. People were not allowed in. Hot sun. Too many emails and offers from head-out.

The exhibit and the art were remarkable. Spent around 3 hours there. Only had to leave cuz I had work. Would have definitely stayed longer if I could

The museum was beautiful and everything we expected. The only downside is having to download an app to get access to the tickets I purchased online. After the visit I removed the app. Wish there was an option to just get the tickets via email so you don't have to download an app to get to them.

Cleanliness, order, security and a magnificent collection for which I don't think there is enough time to really appreciate. there is no time to spare.

I finally saw the Three Graces by Rubens! It's so special to be that close to all the memorable pieces of art made so many years ago.

The museum itself was amazing. I had a trouble with the app. I downloaded my tickets at the morning in hotel. But at the line to the museum I discovered that the app required internet connection, which I didn't have at the moment. Hopefully the guy at the desk was kind and just checked if I have the order number. It would be better if there will be an option to download PDF tickets

The art at the Prado is just amazing. Headout made it very easy to find available tickets in a situation where one could not find tickets anywhere else.

Easy to reserve and use. But the day we chose, there were protests going on so the bus could not operate on its normal route.
