Combo: Alilaguna Water Bus Airport Transfers + Vaporetto ACTV Water Bus Pass & Mainland Bus Tickets

We took a 3-day pass, and it was indispensable for all our travels during our stay, from our accommodation to the Lido, during the day to change parts of Venice quickly, for the pleasure of sailing on the Grand Canal or to go to other islands.

Great for getting around easily, but on some lines, the number of people should be limited. The vaporetto is so crowded it's dangerous.

There was a station where it was clearly written that the is a Seabus that goes on A4 and A5 route. After waiting for 30 minutes we asked the stuff member where the boat was....In reply he screamed at us and said it was closed and that we should have read the billboard. However the billboard actually did NOT SAY ANYTHING about the route A4 not stopping at this station. Overall for the amount of tourists the number of boats is VERY low. there should be at least TWICE more boats.

Could buy ticket online but then had to go to a station to print it out? On email from purchase said "click here for ticket", but no ticket - just confirmation document. Ferry was on time but was full, said they would send another boat in 10-15 which was actually 30mins. None-the-less the service was fine and I would use it again.

Enjoyed visiting the islands but found the public ticket machines where I needed to print my ticket on line very hard to use due the heavy rain hitting g the screen. I had to ask an attendant at the nearby ticket office for something to wipe the screen in order to get it to work. When you are holding an Umbrella in one hand as well as scanning your phone and the rain is hitting the screen suspending the system it was very frustrating. I eventually got it to work to get my ticket but not a great start. I'd suggest some kind of cover be erected as this must be a common problem for users in the winter.

Booked tickets excellent, impressive sights with direct access, hardly any waiting times. Good preparation saves vacation stress!

The process went smoothly via the Internet At the machine, enter the number and the tickets were printed. Super fast.

They are long trips and there is no bathroom. The people of the line very solicitous to explain combinations. In one place, they even waited for us to leave when making a combination with another line. It was raining heavily. A pity that the windows are so dirty. The rest was good

Correct transport, although the entrance gates didn't always react to the QR Code printed on the document.

After landing and receiving your baggage, walk towards the exit and find the blue Alilaguna counter. You automatically walk towards it. There you exchange your tickets and get the shipyard terminal e.g. 12B. Follow the Water Transport signs with a blue background and board at the shipyard and its terminal. Duration 90 minutes. Several routes are possible and all of them are great. Blue or red there and orange back. Tip: buy a return ticket, it only costs 27 euros instead of 30 euros. Otherwise a really nice trip and first entry. There is plenty of space for boats.

I bought Alilaguna Water Bus Airport Transfers + Vaporetto ACTV Water Bus Pass & Mainland Bus Tickets. I had 16years and 18years old teenagers. I wanted buy two youth pass for my children but there were no youth pass online. So, I bought four adult tickets and then I was going to ask to switch two tickets to youth tickets at the ticket counter but it was not this company's counter so they told me I had to call to get refund and then buy youth passes. I wanted to save time that's why I bought by online in advance. At the end I gave up and used adult tickets for my children. I wish there were option to buy a youth ticket on that site. Thanks

simple to operate, fast response , it helped me alot to catch my boat in the early morning when no vending machine was around

Fantastic city tours with the vaporetto. The perfect way to get to know Venice. Recommended to every visitor!

The directions on the vaporetto line stops were not very clear, almost nonexistent. At night I was stopped at a dock for more than 15 minutes to realize it was the wrong one. I also happened upon the Vaporetto strike for an entire day, and this is not your fault, but figuring out what worked and what didn't on that day was very difficult.

It is ok to book a ticket in advance with some additional fee. But if you book in advance, pay the fee, and have to get the final ticket at the counter, that is not what I expected.

All in one travel pass made life so much easier hopping on and off different services. I'd of preferred an option to include transport to and from the airport too.

A pass for ACTV is worthwhile. It's super easy to order online and it's a great way to get around Venice! Some public transport systems in Germany can take a leaf out of their book when it comes to punctuality and customer orientation...
