The ease of the tour. Mary was fantastic. Her explanations were precise and to the point. She answered questions willingly. My next time would be a solid white flag with the name on it. I was looking for a flag, not a banner.

It was so convenient to see many locations. We can just hop on and hop off. I enjoyed that they have 2 separated lines: one is for the city Florence and the other for Fiosela.

Very gracious people operate this company. We showed up at the wrong place and they carefully found us with a written sign with my name. Our guide was a lovely bright eyed woman who was very, very knowledgeable of the art, history and background of Michaelangelo.

Mary is amazing, she has so much knowledge & history. She also has other details and examples that she showed in her ipad. She provided tour in such manners that tied the exhibits and important pieces together. It made easier to understand and follow. At the end we could go back to any exhibits to spend more time on the specific subjects. She always made sure there was no question before moving to other area or proceeding to different area. She was very attentive & resourceful. Thank you so much Mary! We really enjoyed your tour.

My husband and I were really glad we opted for the guided tour. Seeing the sculpture of David for the first time was fascinating but made it even more fascinating by learning the history and getting to know about Michelangelo. We were able to roam the gallery freely after the tour. Our tour guide Olga was very knowledgeable and patient with any questions we may have. Great experience!

Our tour guide was well versed in the subject of renaissance Florence and in particular the de' Medici family and Michelangelo.

An excellent way to get to see the whole of Florence and its surroundings. Some really interesting information provided, and some stupendous views. Would recommend this to all!

The guide, Ms Kiara if I remember well, did great job. She was kompetent, very well informed and passionate. We learned much about Academy, but the focuse was on Michelangelo and particularly the David. Thank you, it was really great experience!

Mary was a lovely tour guide and did a wonderful job with our tour. Everything was very well organized and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the museum and viewing David and other pieces of artwork and sculpture.

We really enjoyed the tour with Viktoria. The tour was in German, all our kids listened intensively to her words, which is not easy with a span from 4 to 11 years old. We learned a lot and had a marvellous time. The skip-the-line-part was also -although not cheap- well appreciated. Thanks for the great experience.

The guide was very knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions. She seemed very passionate about the subject. She did not rush us through the museum.

I liked the hop off hop on although in the end, we didn't really use it. I was hoping to at least catch a glimpse of the Duomo and the Uffizi Gallery but the bus is too big to go in those zones I guess? The audio didn't work at all at some seats. When we found two that worked, we stayed there but then it was lose audio connection. The girl who checked us in was great! Very helpful!

Despite the queues, to be expected, our guide was talented in making it interesting both whilst waiting and when inside the Accademia; very knowledgeable.

Our tour guide as great, however skip the line is not accurate as you still have to wait in a qeue for a period of time which cuts down on time exploring other areas in town.

The guide Fabian is nice and introducing the history of the works in details in the accademia gallery. The tour is simple and clear, with time enough for us to look around by ourselves.

The guided tour of the Academy of the Gallery was great, the guide Pamela, charming, has explained in great detail the sculpture of Michelangelo's David, from now on we see it differently. Thank you.
