We wanted to leave our bags to walk around the gardens and the personal there was not so nice giving us information or alternatives

Ticketing was very easy. We liked having artwork grouped in the many rooms by theme. The audio was very good and made learning about specific art pieces enjoyable. Negative: big group tours, mostly Asian, that blocked our ability to see or even hear about the art. The light on the printed info for each piece of art was difficult to read. Perhaps having a handout guide would help.

Admission facilitated by advance purchase of tickets. Vienna's Upper Belvedere houses a major collection of paintings, notably by Gustav Klimt. The setting is magnificent, both building and garden.

Good routes around the city showing interesting places Arrived 20 minutes before 1st red route bus. Was assured the bus at the stop was not "going anywhere" and to get on the next one. Everyone waiting did so only to watch the bus we were told not to get on, drive off at 9:30 and our bus became the 8:45 blue route - not impressed! First driver vey aggressive driving, all the others were good

I was able to buy tickets on the train from the airport to Vienna city center. So convenient! Then, we skipped the lines at the ticket office and went right into the Belvedere. What a beautiful place. It was wonderful to see Klimt's The Kiss in person.

Ticketing worked perfectly for me and my 3 friends. We all loved the paintings in the Upper Belvedere, particularly the avant garde. Interesting to read about the history and development of the Viennese art movements. Beautiful gardens looking resplendent on a sunny day

Buying tickets online was quick and extra helpful given the influx of tourists on site. Visiting the exhibition and going to Belvedere is an experience I would recommend to anyone if they are passing through Vienna. I would return there very gladly

A very interesting collection of paintings in the museum. It is convenient that you can buy an entrance ticket in advance and plan your day in Vienna.

We got tickets for the upper palace. It was nice to walk around and look at all the art. We got there early but couldn't go in until the exact time that we'd booked. There was a small queue consisting of a guided group tour. They seemed to prevent anyone else from getting past them whilst they stood and talked at the front of the queue and at the ticket scanning point they caused a bit of a fuss. I would say a separate queue for groups and a separate queue for individuals would be better. Glad we booked. It was pleasant. We were there about an hour. There was so much art to see. Some fresh air was required afterwards and we got to walk through the gardens which were lovely. We had a coffee in the outdoor part of the cafe which was nice. They had oat milk available. We didn't want anything to eat so not sure if they had vegan options.

The palace was absolutely beautiful, we came last minute and didn't realise we had to get tickets somewhere else, so we ordered the tickets online through the palace website, downloaded the headout app, and showed our tickets to the attendant, all in the space of 5 minutes. We only had an hour and fifteen minutes to go around inside so we had to be fast to see everything but it was rushed so I'd recommend booking tickets for an earlier slot.

Wonderful experience! The exterior was beautiful and we then toured the upper Belvedere to see the art. Lovely cafe for a short break.

Quite apart from a beautiful place with amazing paintings, What we loved was the super staff you have who went to huge trouble to sort out our muddled tickets and make our access work out

The great thing is that we were at the entrance to the Upper Belvedere Palace on time and went right in. At the same time the line for tickets was quite long. Also, we got all the neccessery information in headout application about times, routes, visiting hours.

Very nice museum but relatively high cost in proportion to what is on offer. Also, the audio guide (unlike other attractions in the city) is not included in the ticket.

The Belvedere is beautiful and Klimt's The Kiss a must see. The weather was glorious which made a visit to the Botanic Gardens even better. The ticket process was easy and it's no problems.

Purchase of tickets was fast and successful. Good reception, the attendants very friendly. At the chosen time there was no crowding. The visit was interesting and stimulating.

Lovely place to visit and you can access all the grounds for free. We only went to Upper Belvedere but spent approx 3hrs there

If you book a combo ticket you need to access the second ticket via the Headout app. This wasn't clear and the staff at lower Belvedere weren't helpful by telling us in grumpy tones that we had bought our tickets from a reseller and they were not responsible, despite an email clearly stating that we had paid for both museums. Eventually we worked it out ourselves but it might have saved us a bit of trouble if the tickets for the lower were simply emailed, as were the tickets for the upper.
