Prado Museum Tickets

It was confusing finding the paintings that matched the audio. Unfortunately, I didn't bring a headset so I had to listen to the audio from my phone. I'm doing

All very convenient, didn't have to stand in line, went through quickly. The museum is decorated beautifully ! Great exhibitions! More would walk and walk !

The visit to the Prado was incredible. I didn't go to the Royal Palace. My son bought a ticket with the wrong date. I bought another ticket for 13/05/24 but my visit was canceled because there was an official activity that day. I return frustrated, unfortunately.

Seeing the Heironymous Bosch again. Shame about the no photo policy (which the Prado could better communicate- rather than having guards yell at people - which rather spoils the ambiance)

It is a great collection of paintings from middle age to 20th century. It has also unique artifacts from greco romen era. You need to walk a lot and need a lot of hours to visit most of the items in the museum.

Avoided lines and the ticket purchased online worked very well, I would have liked them to include recommendations of works and directions on how to get in and how to get around.

Essentially and absolutely, the Prado collections. The app was very useful, as it meant we didn't have to queue for the purchase. The waiting time is quite long, given k the attractiveness of this extraordinary museum.

We were about 200th in the ticket line to get into the Prado. A few clicks later and we had our tickets to cut the line and went straight in.

I thought that I purchased the optional audio tour and when I got to the ticket station I was told that I had not. And I ended up having to pay for it again. That was not what I expected.

It is a simply incredible place, a unique museum. Objectively, it is really impossible to see it all in one go, but you do not leave disappointed but rather with the desire to return to relive the experience.

Very easy to fill out the application and thus avoid walking to the other side of the museum and at the same time avoid long lines. Very user friendly application

The selection of paintings to view is good, however it is very difficult to find them as it is not clear what is the common thread.

It really is a magnificent museum, I have to go back soon. I loved Bosch, I was especially interested in looking closely at the painting of the hay wagon.

Do not wait in line. I was directed directly to the ticket office by one of the people who distributed the queues, to whom I previously showed the ticket.

The museum is mind-blowing in the amount of works to be seen. I did not take advantage of the guidebook. I recommend everyone to purchase the ticket online.

The collection speaks for itself but signage on arrival is lacking. It's unclear what the various queues represent- guides are needed. Support staff seemed disinterested and reticent to engage . Such a dazzling collection deserves helpful and energetic staff.

The Prado Museum without a guide was fine, although there was quite a queue. However, it saved us from having to queue to buy tickets, which would have been even worse. I recommend it! Trustworthy!

So much artwork to see here! It was really helpful to have the audio guide which showed you to specific artworks and gave some specific information

E-ticket helped but still long security line. Went on a Thursday at opening; huge crowds of tours blocked viewing the most famous works. Upper floors deserted. Would be best to go late in the day next time as it's free 6-8 PM.

We enjoyed the overall Prado experience, having prebooked tickets eased the entry process. However on the day we went it would have been cheaper and faster to walk up and buy a ticket. HEAD OUT doesn't offer age related discounts that the museum offers.
