Sainte-Chapelle Timed Entry Tickets

The timed ticket process went very smoothly and getting to witness the beauty of Sainte Chapelle was a highlight of our Paris trip. Thank you!!

Not hard to find the entrance location if you pay attenyion to the provided directions. Inside was so worth it. This is a special place.

It was a hassle waiting in queue for a long time even with timed-entry tickets and the security at the entrance pressuring everyone to move abruptly was not so nice. I did not enjoy this experience even inside the Sainte- Chapelle as the venue was small and crowded.

The St.Chappell was beautiful 🤩 ! It would behoove you to disclose the strenuous clearance --upon entering this sacred place . It saddens me that it is necessary to go to TSA / Security measure -who were rude & unnecessarily discourteous to those of us who complied by arriving as asked 15 minutes to our reservation time , and then some . We actually arrived 30 minutes to our Rez 9:00 Sunday 5/26/24 .The gift store staff were very kind & helpful.

Ticket experience was fine! Did have to wait in line for a while due to large crowds. The Sainte Chapelle is well worth visiting. Beautiful and a historical site.

Sainte Chapelle is magnificent and we were able to walk right in with our timed tickets. It was really worth setting up our visit ahead of time. Sainte Chappelle is must see in Paris even when Notre Dame is open!

Our ticket was time-stamped for 12.30 p.m., but we didn't get back until 1.25 p.m... it was a bit of a mess. The assistance team, a security man and a young woman informant were present and did what they could... but it was very, very crowded... and probably an earlier incident? but we didn't know...

St. Chapelle is soo impressive, and with the ticket via headout (easy booking!) the entrance was very easy; that the first ones are already 0.5 hours before the time slot in the queue is apparently normal, that has nothing to do with headout

It was very easy to do the self guided tour once we found the right entrance. Signage was a bit confusing and we almost got in the wrong line for the Justice building by mistake. Also a bit difficult once we went thru the line and ended up in the courtyard.

It was more breathtakingly beautiful than I expected. It was well worth the ticket charge. Some more signage on the street would be helpful, and having signs posted higher so they can be read over heads of tourists would be great.

The organization of entry was good, and Chapelle was awesome. The only problem was that we were asked to buy ticket for 21 year old, although at the entry I noticed that it should have been free (EU citizens)

La Capelle est extraordinaire!!! La seule petite chose c'était à l'entrée, c'était désordonné et sans que personne soit vraiment là pour organiser les queues et indiquer aux uns et aux autres où se mettre. Je n'ai pas apprécié que les gens sans billets allaient plus vite que nous qui les avons achetés. Mais si non, l'expérience était formidable. Merci!!!

The Chapel itself was amazing. The wait was difficult and the staff had a hard time controlling the crowd and with line breakers.

La Saint chapelle. Easy to book tickets, immediate response. I did not like the queue to enter was not well organized

The chapel is magnificent. However, the security guards at the entrance are not friendly and don't even speak French! It's a pity, because the deplorable welcome takes you by surprise and really gives Paris a bad image.

The stained glass windows of the upper chapel of the Sainte Chapelle in Paris are very beautiful, but they are more visible when the summer sun shines outside. I would have liked a good guide in French, but it's just looking at the pictures and not understanding the biblical scenes.

We had a very seamless experience and were let in even though we came about 15 minutes early. I only wish it said on the website that you could buy tickets in person even if it was sold out online. The church is a must see-absolutely gorgeous stain glass windows and statues depicting biblical scenes on the deck. There was a line line for the bathroom-they should add more stalls. Also the English translations could be better written. Otherwise a great experience.

The church stained glass windows were breathtaking and each tells a story within the Bible. However, you need to queue an early schedule in the morning to get a better chance of entering on time.

The wait with tickets was not too long. The chambers of the chapel were beautiful and breath taking. The information presented added much to the experience.
