We had an incredible time on this trip. Our guide Maria made the experience for us. She was friendly, kind, funny and extremely informative. Her English was excellent as well. Highly recommend!

It was a wonderful experience to enter the arena of the Colosseum, see it inside and understand how colossal the building is. Also impressive was the visit to the Forum and Palatine, due to the stories of Bianca the guide who accompanied us at all times sharing her passion for the history of Rome. Thank you very much for so much.

The ticketing process was very good and easy. The Colossum tours was awesome. The reasoning for the Good rating was due to the tour guide. Seems like the rest of the group wasn't loving it as some left the tour before it ended. I would definitely use Headout again.

Everything in Rome, is fantastic, Colosseum, Fontana, Vatican, and many more monuments, is a walking museum, super delighted with the trip and looking forward to repeat.

I was disappointed because I could not understand the guide at all. I think the Italian accent made it very difficult to hear in English. Next time I would probably skip the guide and go on my own.

The tourguide knows fun facts, took his time to explain, waited for everyone. Only the beginning was chaotic, before you had your colour and name of the guide.

The guide was very good, the time management was good and the historical tour was excellent. The only thing I would improve would be the part of the visitor's reception: among so many people, it was difficult to find the white banner of the promoter at the designated point. Perhaps something bigger or more eye-catching would be better. Otherwise, I think this tour is essential to understand what you are seeing.

The guide's explanation sounded more like a school lesson, very halting, he repeated the same thing several times. Instead of starting at the Colosseum, which was emptier, we went to the others first and when we entered the Colosseum it was full

Everything was perfect! The guide was super nice, she knew a lot and never stopped sharing beautiful stories. The bad thing was the bathroom, there was a very long line and they went to look for us to hurry us, they should have told us that there was a time limit so we did not go to the bathroom or we went to the men's room as other women did.

Our tour guide was incredible! His passion for roman culture and history was contagious! Please let this man keep doing tours, he was our favorite tour guide we have ever had. Very erudite, interesting and friendly guide with lots of explanations. Visit disrupted by preparations for the national holiday, which disrupted the meeting point, delaying the visit to the forum, which was accelerated to be on time for the visit to the Colosseum.

The colosseum is awesome!!!! The guide I took with me was exceptional!!!! She explained everything very well, very friendly and answered each of our questions with great sympathy.

The guide was really nice and engaged. You could see that he was passionate about the subject and really wanted to get people interested into the history of the place. We as a group were rather introvert, which could give a false impression to the guide who wanted to engage us, but we enjoyed the trip mmensely.

The visit was extraordinarily interesting and Max, the guide, was a great help. He was very friendly and interested in the people in the group. He gave very detailed information about the various aspects of the Colosseum. If I return for another guided tour, I would be delighted to have Max as my guide again.

Elena was the best tour guide for us in Spanish. She explained everything and told us interesting facts during the whole tour, she tried to make it enjoyable until the end even though it is a long and heavy tour if the weather is very sunny. Very pleasant experience.

Hildegard did a fantastic job on the tour. It was extremely entertaining and she wrapped up all the stories in a very interesting way.

The experience is beautiful but the guide was walking at a fast pace, not enough for the group, she didn't even tell us to go to the toilet when the tour was over! All in a good way but I think it is not right! At times she was in such a hurry, the group was so big that you lost sight of her among so many people and you stopped listening to the radio!
