Acropolis Museum Skip-the-Line Tickets

The Acropolis Museum team member was not familiar with your app, and just kept repeating, "You need the bar code, you need the bar code," at me while I looked for the bar code required for entry. She told me that she'd never heard of Headout. You might make the barcode link more clear, so even an uninformed, jet-lagged tourist (like me!) can use it easily. I felt pushed to download the app to get to the tickets, adding to my frustration (and the museum employee's).

The acropolis museum is spacious and beautiful. Would recommend that you visit it before you go to the Acropolis if possible. Don't miss this museum.!

the museum was interstingbut mainly very esthetic. however, the musium guide (instument) was poor in level and interest. i would have been much better to join one of the giudes or trying the museum instument

Limited signage at museum entry point. Confusing signage saying switch off phones and don't use, yet that's how audio guide is played. Had to check bag into cloakroom, which was fine, but saw lots of people with bags inside the museum. Some attendants telling people to not take photographs but same attendant letting others do this. No consistency. Expected audio guide to be given out but had an iPhone with no headphone connection jack, so audio was useless.

Great exhibit. The skip the line was fabulous. Got right in. No fuss no muss. Great experience overall. Wonderful value and at a great price. Thanks a million!!

The museum, of course, is fascinating...amazing....beautiful. What made this visit memorable was the Skip-the-Line feature, frankly; I might still be in line if I'd not had it!

Amazing museum. Good videos and descriptions along the way. Love the way the Parthenon was set up so that you get a sense of its size.

Of course, being on the Acropolis and seeing the Parthenon was fantastic. Skip the line ticketing made for shorter lines and quick entry.

Our visit to the Acropolis Museum in Athens was an unforgetable experience. The museum collection, organizarion and curatorship is fantastic.

The museum itself was awesome. The problem i had was the audio was in English but spoken by a non English speaking person with a heavy accent so for all purposes it was impossible to understand her and therefore what i was looking at. I was extremely disappointed in but getting the history i so wanted to understand. Also. The museum changed it's hours due to the holiday but didn't list it on the website. So twice we arrived and the museum was closed. We weather alot of time due to this plus we didn't have enough time left once it was open to see the exhibits as long as we would've liked to because we planned all our time around other sites and their hours etc. I really could not fit the life of me understand why a non natural or clear English speaking person was chosen to do an audio for English speaking people?!?!? I was going to ask for a refund but i was too busy doing my other site seeing. Thank you

So glad we purchased the tickets on line. The museum was a great experience and we learned so much about the history. Be sure to watch the movie it provides a lot of important detail and all that went on with this remarkable landmark.

The whole museum is built like the Parthenon with the frisians and reliefs, the best part was for me the holographic golden Athene statue from the top of the Parthenon.

Very chaotic; not clear what was'the skip the line' line an what was not. Museum was nice but not very special, there are better museums in Athenes to see the classic greeks

The Tour was exceptional. I used the Free Audio guide provided by the Museum. I felt cheated as I was trying to order from the Museum site not this intermediary.

The exhibit was amazing. The building itself is beautiful and presents the collection in the best way. Enjoyed it so much

The good part--I got an e-ticket to the Acropolis Museum and didn't have to stand in line. The so-so part--the audio tour of the Museum that I paid an extra 2 Euros for. The app for the audio tour decides what to tell you by using your location in the museum. It kept losing track of where I was and starting over at the beginning. I scanned the QR code posted in the museum, and used the ear buds I had brought to listen to the museum's free audio tour instead.

The atmosphere, great architecture, lots of space between the exhibits, great roof terrace with spectacular views of the Acropolis, delicious coffee

The exhibits were very interesting and allowed you to see the acropolis as it was at different times throughout history.

Access to the museum was quick and we could skip the long queue! Modern museum with fantastic pieces, not overloaded. Didactically well done!
