Skip-the-Line Combo: Wieliczka Salt Mine + Schindler's Factory

Overall our tour guide was good and seemed knowledgeable. Our issue was she seemed somewhat disorganised.We booked our tour with Headout for 10.15.We were told to be there 15 minutes early.It was at least 10.25 when our guide turned up.Before this my daughter tried ringing a contact number for the tour but there was answer.There were other people waiting as well who had booked through I think through Cracow City tours.They were given a time to meet of 10.20.We all had the same guide. It seemed to take a long time to check us off and get in.Bear in mind we booked Skip the line and expected to get in much quicker.The guide started calling out names.I asked her was she with Headout and her answer was "perhaps". We had been told we would be met by someone with a sign but there was no sign.Our guide and her colleague with the head sets were slow getting started and seemed disorganised. When we got inside the guide was informative but seemed less than enthusiastic about the whole thing. We enjoyed the factory itself but just felt unnecessarily stressed before the start.I would recommend Schindlers factory buy not so much Headout.

It was quick and easy, I loved the experience. Within minutes a girl called us by name and gave us a sticker to join a group.

So easy to book tickets, which I highly recommend as the queues to get in are horrendous. The ear pieces were comfortable to wear and we could hear the tour guide very well. ..... who was amazing! Interesring and articulate, she gave a comprehensive history of the the background to the occupation of Krakow, and the ghettos.Oskar Shindler is incorporated into the tour as part of the history rather than the tour being specifically about him. We went here before our trip to Auchwitz , which gave us a better understanding of the lead up to the horrors encountered there.

Factory was very easy to find. Cheap Uber ride to entrance. Museum is full of pictures, video footage and artifacts. Really interesting tour. Guide was very knowledgeable. Only downside was our group was quite large along with other groups/individuals in the museum at the same time meaning we couldn't all get into the same rooms at the same time and missed quite a lot of what the guide was talking about

The guide was very professional and lovely. We enjoyed that we didn't spend too much time doing nothing - the tour was dynamic.

The tour was extremely well organised. The guide was excellent, she explained in great detail the history of the Factory. It started with a little back story on Schindler's life , how he bought the factory and what his role was in liberating so many people . You get a real feel of what life was like in this period for all concerned. I found it very emotional

Well organised from start to finnish.Our Guide met our group of 25 outside as arranged.The ear piece and receiver proved was very good.Excellent continous narrative during the 90 mins which provided a wealth of information.

I was expecting to visit schindler fatory, and to learn more about schindler history,but almost the whole visit was only about the history of jews poeple that was very interesting but we didn't learn that much about schindler and also about jews history. It was very expensive for the visit we got.. Maybe it should the content of the visit should be more detail on the website.

It was an amazing experience. The mines are breathtaking. You just can't imagine it unless you see it. Our guide was very very good! He was very informative and funny and took care of the group. 100% recommend!

We really enjoyed our Trip to the salt mines . Our English speaking guide gave us very good information all about the history and facts of the salt mine which was very interesting. Would definitely recommend anyone visiting there.

Our guide was absolutely brilliant. She gave a rounded, in-depth and relevant overview of the scene in Krakow from both a national and Jewish perspective. The installations were also excellent, particularly the ghetto and room of choices. It does get busy with people sometimes walking through our tour, but she handled this extremely well. My only suggestion would be that signage for the tour itself was more obvious - our ticket was for 11:55 but the attendee outside the museum's sign said 12pm which caused confusion.

1. It was very well organised. 2. The communication between the tour guide and group via the headphones was excellent. 3. The young lady who was our tour guide was very passionate about Polish history before ,during and after the 2nd World War. 4. The displays was full of information and though it was very busy was well organised.

Easy to book on line but was slight confusion when we arrived as a lot of parties were gathering at the front and no one was around with the flag per the information provided - but a quick messsge to the company provided more details Tour guide was great but would have liked a bit more time as was a lot to read but was unable to take everything in.

Knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide helped in understanding an important time in history. The whole experience was worth while.

The tour was very good and also funny. We would have liked more content/information about Schindler, his life, his motives and personality. Because we were already aware of the part about the war (but understandable if that is not the case for everyone). LG

The humorous guided tour of the mine in Wielicka, the city of Krakow with its exciting mix of restored old and modern architecture and the friendliness of the people. Thank you very much or Dziekuje!

Ticketing experience - good Overall experience - well laid out walk through the factory and amply described. Subject matter was sombre but to be expected on an exscursion of this type. Would recommend

The guide was really friendly and made a very sad and difficult subject, a bit more light hearted and enjoyable to digest. I would highly recommend booking a guide for anyone considering touring Schindlers factory.

Very good guide, only drawback is the amount of people visiting the site forcing the group to proceed quickly. Recommended.

There was no audio guide, there were too many people in our group, there were too many people in the factory/museum. It was very difficult for our guide.
