City Sightseeing: 1-Day Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour of New Orleans

Overall experience was great. Ticketing in the kiosk next to Jackson Square was considrably more expensive than ticketing on line

All fine. Booking online easy. Tour perfect. I always do hop on hop off in new cities to get to know the areas I want to go back. Very good route. Not too long or short with 90min.

There were so many spots that we wanted to hit while we were visiting that we knew we wouldn't have time for so we actually bought hop on/hop off tickets our last day in town so we could try to see as much as we could. Also, I was traveling with my 74 year old mother so we thought this was a good way to get around. It worked out perfectly and our guides Linda and Mary were both excellent. Both NOLA natives and full of interesting knowledge. I would even recommend a 2 or 3 day pass as it made it so easy to get around to all the popular spots in the city. Will definitely do that next time.

The tour it was very good however the ticketing experience was not good. I bought the tickets thru Internet and I did not a choice to indicate my "Senior" status.

Really enjoyed the tour. We booked on line which was really straightforward. We loved the fact that if you download the app it will give you a detailed map and also lets you know the time of the next bus at the relevant stops.

Buses were nice and comfortable. Sound was good from the narrator. Just did not like that some sights closed at a certain time which was not listed in the tour pamphlet which we were then unable to see some sights on our tour.

The NOLA tour was amazing! The tour time of 90 minutes was perfect (because I sat up top in the sun). The guide was funny and insightful. I was in town for a business conference and did not have time to hop on/hop off, but it was an enjoyable trip to see a lot of the city.

Bill was amazing. This was my 2nd time taking the tour and it was like a brand new tour. He recommended free and affordable things we could do, gave us so much history on the city and he even remembered us later that day when we hopped back on the bus.

The location to hop on was across the street from our hotel. It gave us an idea of what was within walking distance for us. The tour guide was very helpful giving information about certain sites.

It was a great overview of the area, neighborhoods and history. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly and the drivers very good. It's a good value for the price.

Chris was a great tour guide. He was fun, engaging, and informative. Keisha was a bus driving boss! She maneuvered that big bus in and around some tight places. Her driving skills were impressive to say the least. Kudos to both of them for making our afternoon in New Orleans awesome! Our teenagers were even impressed and interested in the history.

Our Tour Guide was exceptional. We learned many historical and cultural facts about NOLA in addition to the comedy that was provided. Also appreciated restaurant recommendations. Wish I knew the Guides name to personally shout him out.

Ellen, our guide, was amazing. Full of great information and able to tailor the experience as the situation & traffic allowed. Friendly, helpful, and a great personality.

We got on at Stop 14 in the morning and enjoyed upstairs seating. The guide was informative and engaging. On our return the bus was full at first with only downstairs seating (difficult to see). Unfortunately. The microphone went out at Magazine Street and there was no audio. Overall, a pleasant way to see New Orleans.

Easy to purchase tix online, and easy to get off and back on. The tour guide on board the buses we rode were friendly and shared lots of interesting facts and history about New Orleans.

The Hop On - Hop Off New Orleans was okay but it hardly covered the Garden District. We had a great guide for 2 stops, then the personnel on the bus changed and the second guide was not as good. His commentary was not pertinent or historical and he was difficult to hear. It really took away from the tour. I would rather have an audio recording like we have had on similar Hop On - Hop Off tours in other cities.

The Hop-on Hop-off Bus in New Orleans was the perfect way to see the city without walking for hours or paying for Ubers/taxis! They had tons of great stops to see; my mom & I spent all day riding the bus and jumping on and off at great locations! The app makes it super easy to see when the buses are arriving and it's very accurate from what I saw. Pro-tip: sit up top for the best views if the weather is feeling generous!

Hey it was all good.. but one of the guys on the tour repeated how when you come to New Orleans you are not on a diet.. and said it about 5 times in less than 20 minutes it was super annoying and he had a creepy laugh. Other than that was good

Bill was an amazing tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and clear speaking. The areas that we were taken to were areas we probably wouldn't have seen otherwise. The bus was clean and neat.

Headout was very easy and convenient. The Hop On Hop Off tour is a great way to see any city. I stayed on for one full loop and made notes on my phone as to where I wanted to get off the next loop.
