Quinta da Regaleira Skip-the-Line Tickets

Well worth a visit. My tour and I visited the tower and the well and the views around the location were incredible. Absolutely worth visiting when coming to Sintra.

The guided tour was informative but the well tour was skipped. Skip the line tickets to enter the venue was not that big a deal. Skip the line entry to the well would have mattered. We could not stay around as we had other engagements. So unsatisfied with the purchase.

The castle and the park is very nice, just maybe the toilet was too small and dirty, and also the queue to visit the curly tower that goes down, the lady was asking people to be fast...

Beautiful place, and the tickets were easy to use, the lines for pre-bought tickets were smaller, so it made sense to purchase beforehand

The place is amazing, but there is a LACK OF INFORMATION. We decided to go by car and there was no indication of the difficulty of parking. Badly indicated!

Skipping the line feature was fantastic, tickets already on my phone and I just walked in. The audio tour was so in depth, I felt like I learned more than having a tour guide. The ability to wander freely and choose to learn about whatever I was interested in was great! My suggestion is to get there early and go straight to the initiation well. The line gets crazy long.

The way to buy was fast and comfortable. The worst thing was that I received the tickets in separate PDFs and this made it slower to read when entering.

My experience at Quinta da Regaleira itself was amazing and once I had the tickets getting in was super smooth! However, Headout really should send the tickets via email or at the very least give you the option- forcing someone to download an app to access their tickets is really not convenient, and fully puts me off purchasing anything via Headout again. Via the experiences you sell, you are clearly catering to people travelling/visiting another country and having to download an app is one not the easiest whilst abroad (usage of data roaming or having to go to a cafe/or somewhere to find wifi) and two just totally unneccesary when you can easily just attach the tickets to the confirmation email. Finally, by not giving the customer a choice whether they want to download the app or not is surely going to lead to a lack of trust or customers like myself then deciding to avoid booking via you in the future.

Lowed the park and the castle. Not so god:Two hour guiding tour lasted less than one hour. Limited information from the tour, and no guiding of the initiada well, the castle or the caves (witch we dsicoverd randomly on our own.

A stunning attraction and very interactive as able to explore the beautiful surroundings, get lost in the grottos (temporarily) and imagine what it must have be like to explore the wishing well blindfolded as part of the suggested Knights Templar/Freemasons initiation from times gone past.

everything was fine, the queue for the well was a bit long and there was quite a lot of influence but after cedla, everything went very well

The problem we had was We signed up for an English tour ended up being a bi lingual tour. He had to say each comment in both languages, which took extra amount of time less information for us. Also, you need to change the meeting instructions on the information. I noticed other people complained about this situation and you still had not rectified it .

It was a really quick process to get in. I wish they organized the line outside a little better because there was quite a few people skipping the lines. Go early to make it to the well without much of a line!

No doubt the attraction is well worth visiting but i think getting the guided tour was a waste of time and money. An audio guide would have been sufficient. The meeting point was inaccurate causing a lot of stress at beginning. Tour was about 1 hour instead of 2 hours as advertised. NOT HAPPY!!

We loved the grounds and the history. We did not love the online ticket booking process because I was not able to get the senior discount for our tickets. Also, we were shocked by the huge crowd of tourists!

Very nice "park"; I didn't see everything, but the initiation well was really nice. Not easy to photograph it well, but definitely worth going in. The deeper it went, the wetter it became and you end up in a beautiful cave and at the bottom of a waterfall. Also saw beautiful turrets, lots of greenery and a castle you can partially walk through. I didn't even see everything. Recommended. There was no line at the entrance, so I could not test the skip the line ticket from Headout to see if I could have skipped the line if there was a line. But otherwise it was fine. Tip: the tourist buses are €13.50, while the yellow resident buses are €2.60, these also pass several attractions.

There is no parking space; we had to park 1 km away and not even mothers suffered a fall in which she sprained both ankles and bruised her knee.

The site is beautiful. The entrance with the online ticket was direct, no waiting. There was only a little queue to see the initiatory well, 15 minutes queue.

We booked tickets for a Monday and we had to go a day earlier to Sintra. After being turned away from a few other venues who refused to reschedule us we tried here. We were accepted with no trouble. This made us feel great as the weather changed for the better as we entered. By the time we had trooped around Sintra we hadn't much time in the grounds. We loved what we did see and if we saw one thing in a short trip to Sintra then this would be that one thing.

I loved the visit, the place was great. But the audio guide was not what I expected, I don't think it was worth the extra money I paid for it (two normal tickets were 24€ and I paid double for the audio guide). It didn't go into much depth and got lost in some details that I didn't find that interesting. In the end, I visited the place without using it, just listening to a couple of sections.
