Museum was great But the groun play was prepare for a concert so I can't take photos or enjoy to see the saduam as much as good

There was no guide to take us through the tour, we could not see the pitch and the tour didn't involve the changing rooms or getting pitch side...!

Good experience. The museum of very good quality. Impressive modern stadium. Shortcomings of the Tour: - Lack of visit to the dressing room sector, exit to the field sector and the reserve benches sector. - The grass on the field was not visible and both arches were missing. For the price of the tour, we expected a more extensive tour and a complete view of the field (with grass and arches).

Tour of Santiago Bernabeu. Today it is a very poor tour, as it is under construction and you miss some areas. As there was a concert the previous Saturday you do not see the field in its splendor. Once finished, it will surely be much better and it will be worth it because the project is spectacular as you can see in a video.

Concernant l'attraction, le stade est toujours en période de réaménagement, sincèrement j'ai pas aimé la visite, pour l'expérience de réservation via headout, tickets accessibles sans connexion en général c'est génial

The stadium is under renovation and if you compare it with camp nou tour , etihad or any other stadium , you can tell it is not worth it

Laura our guide was very knowledgeable unfortunately it was not possible for us to book an Italian guide because the agency does not provide one( although they do, as Laura herself spoke Italian) and this is a real shame because Italian tourists are many in Madrid. An unpleasant aspect also was that , having booked both the visit to the Royal Palace and the Prado Museum we were not told that between the two experiences there was no provision for a stop perhaps at a refreshment point, so the tour started at 10:30 am and ended at 4:30 pm with no stops. It would be helpful to specify this in detail and suggest that tourists bring water and snacks with them.

If we liked the experience was good, it was a pity about the remodeling that we understand is necessary, we did not have access to the grass.

The visit was wonderful as it has fulfilled a dream of being there🙏🏼😊, spectacular read its history see all its awards 😃 I hope to return soon and witness a game and that you can have access some places that could not be visited that day for reasons of remodeling.Gracias ☺️

The tour and experience were very goid. Very exciting for die hard RM fans, especially seeing all the trophies. For the casual football fan the experience is nice, but not significantly more interesting than any other major stadium tour. The stadium is under construction at this time so other than the museum, the tour is very limited.

Very organized and memorable l. Price paid vs experience recieved was in line with our expectations. The only thing is that the green field was not seen due to technical works but still, good one

It was a great experience to visit the stadium. The itinerary was well organised. The many cups and the interactive exhibition. It was good to find Öcsi Puskás. It was a great experience to see the rearrangements in the stands. The seats were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to buy the tickets in Budapest in advance. Thank you very much, it was a great experience and it was my son's 12th birthday present.

Atletico Madrid stadium tour was amazing , the best one we did ever Bernabéu tour was very limited and less interesting, I think the price should be much lower!

Headout was a great and easy way of buying tickets. The museum is fun for both kids and adults and, bonus, they had a horror exposition!

The experience in itself is nice but you don't get to visit the dressing rooms or the pitch or the press room like in most of the other grounds in Europe. It's a real pity.

They are reliable and the whole process is easy. I had no problem with the stadium tours in Madrid. Thank you for everything

The stadium is still under construction and although I'm a huge fan of the club, if you cand attend a match you shouldn't spend money for the tour! At least not until the construction is finished and the tour offers you a bit more than it does today. March 2024

the green screen photos were great. Real Madrid is my favorite team. I liked it and i am glad I went. I am sure other people will like it also.

Very cool experience! Entrance to the trophy museum and entrance to the stands. They also take some very cool pictures (you have to pay for them) and you can buy Real Madrid gold coins!

A joy to see my team's stadium, although a bit expensive, I would have liked to see the dressing rooms, press room and be at the foot of the field like the other time I was there and wanted to show my daughter.
