Eiffel Tower Guided Tour: Summit or Second Floor

Our tourist guide Zac was full of energy and knowledge, interacting with us and providing interesting information. He made our experience to the top of Eiffel tower the best we could have.

Our guide Raphael was so knowledgeable and friendly. Even though I have been up in the Eiffel Tower many times before, I really got so much out of our experience with Raphael. I would highly recommend it!!!! Thank you so much!! Sunset at the top is the best!!!

I appreciated that Daniel (Danyl?) made sure he accounted for each of us in the crowds through security and to the elevator. Some of us got stuck behind slow people and he made sure he knew where we were before he proceeded. Helped ease tension. It would be nice if your meeting place had toilettes available for before the tour instead of us having to hunt around for ones elsewhere.

Max was super knowledgeable and funny, really lovely to get to know. The instructions through the Headout app were easy and simple to follow, had to take a slight detour as some of the parks were closed near the tower due to the Olympics. Otherwise so so happy with Max,L and the whole tour

Valdin, our tour guide, was absolutely fantastic! She shared incredible information to help us prepare for the security measures at the Eiffel Tower, shared a wealth of information about the Tower while we were waiting for the elevator, and provided a tremendous amount of fun information about the surrounding area we were viewing while at the top. That even included information about upcoming Olympic events! We originally booked the tour for the benefit of timed entry but we were incredibly impressed by the quality of the tour and our guide! Highly recommend. Family group ranging in age from 13 to 72 and we all agree!!

The headout support was very good. I think it would make it more interesting if it had a narrative about how the project came about and its impact on society.

The information we received was interesting. We were given clear instructions. To assist with our queries, Our guide researched and provided additional information on another exhibition. We were lucky to get to the exhibit before it finished the next day. Thanks

This is our first trip to France. It was great to have the nice view from Eiffel Tower and meet the nice guide. If we get a chance to France again, we'd like to use your tour.

Pepe was awesome! Great info and funny stories!!! Would 100% recommend the tour with Pepe! Worked around weather problems to find the best place for views and covered from the rain, took us up to top level and continued since we missed part of tour due to Rain.

Not enough information about the birdge it self or the history, mostly was about the upcoming olympics and very few info about thw history of the building. However our guide Zack was funny and nice. Maybe the reason of not talking about the details of the building that there weren't anything to say. Also, my favorite part that we skipped the line which the tower wasn't busy at our visiting time but I can imagine how it's when it's crowded. So I recommend this place inly to skip the lines for going to the second floor.

In the end we did not take the tour and asked for our tickets back, due to operational problems at the Eiffel Tower, Liz explained to us the options we had and we decided to go up on our own.

The guide we had was a great guy, friendly, gave lots of information. But we had to wait for three hours beacause it was not sure that the tour would open. And then we had to wait in line to buy tickets to enter the tower. Of course I did know that I did not bought skip the line tickets. Normally the trip to the second floor costs for me and my kids about 60,- and now with guide 135,- next time I will buy tickets directly. No extra value for that kind of extra money.

The tour guide was great, spoke numerous languages and very knowledgeable. If in Paris definitely something to go and see but not for people afraid of heights.

Our Eiffel Tower tour experience was outstanding. The supplier location was convenient and their guide was terrific. Our guide provided lots of useful information about navigating Paris and Paris sites. She was extremely knowledgeable about the tower and was very personable.

It was a great view from all levels. The line up to get in was way too long but not much you can do about that. Elevator was great and they work it well with the crowds.

Our guide Mohammed was very entertaining and fun! He was very passionate about what he was doing and we thoroughly enjoyed the tour. The ticket booking process through the entire experience was very seamless!
