From Tokyo: Mt. Fuji, Lake Kawaguchi & Lake Yamanaka Guided Tour

Yes overall the guide was very good, polite, informative and enthusiastic! However, the bus seats were extremely uncomfortable! I was literally in pain by the time we went back to Tokyo. Also I think we could have spent more time at Mt Fuji and exploring the area a bit more instead of going to the second stop of the tour, a nearby lake, which was a bit boring to be honest.

It was a fantastic Trip, we haven't seen 100% of the Mount Fuji, but some pieces of it. The lunch was good :) So happy to have Josh as our Tour-Guide. He told us many informations about Japan, the Culture and about the Mount Fuji.

Easy last minute online booking and disount.. Our tour guy(Josh) was knowledgeable & very professional . The bus is clean and the driver is good.

Tour guide David. Weather is bad it was not possible to see Mt Fuji but David did his best to entertain the group. He is passionate about his job.

First, David Guo was top notch A1! I love the enthusiastic personality he had and was very kind and considerate to is all! Im amazed at anyone who can speak (3) different languages and he did it well. Appreciate the bus tour amd the driver making the trip very comfortable and relaxing. Loved all stops on this tour.

It was an amazing experience David the on bus guide was very funny in his way of talking as well as very knowledgable about the route. He took us through the entire journey making sure we visit all the locations and reach destination in time.

Actually our guide Josh did an excellent job and even gave us some interesting insights into the Japanese culture and practices. Not being God there was nothing he could do about the weather. We were able to see up Mt. Fuji when at the 5th station and to see some snow was still on its sides. However from the lakes it was nothing but clouds so did not see any of the mountain from them. The food at the restaurant was quite good. I had the chicken, but for those who go then take the vegetarian hotpot.

Amazing guide! The tour itself was nice. Did not go to the famous street unfortunately, but I might have made a mistake there with booking the wrong tour. The tour itself was very nice, due to the guide.

An easy day, we thankfully had perfect weather. Our guide, David was great craic, he got to know everyone on board and made it a funny, interactive day.

Andrew our guide to as superb! He is so very knowledgeable of the history of Japan, including knowing all about Mt Fuji, the many Japanese shrines and there importance to the culture. He is a top professional and very kind, respectful and gracious guide. Abe brings much joy and is fun! Thank you, Andrew!

The guide was awesome. Mount Fuji was excellent. Peter Rabbit was ok. But the lake was a disappointment, it was more like a junkyard by the lake. It was on the outskirts of the town but the town itself looked great but we didn't stop there.

We really enjoy de tour. The amazing views, nature and the organization. Josh was a great guide Who gave us very interesting information. He always care us, looked for enjoy better the attractions.

Would have been better if I had more time on mt fuji also at the onsen 3000 sen for 30min in a pool isn't good value for money, so I didn't go in.

It was good that I was able to purchase the tour even with only 1 day before the date I wanted. However, we were not able to see all the locations and finish the tour at the time described in the itinerary (we had to reschedule our next appointment because we were late) Because of GW holiday, I think that delay is expected but could be prevented or improved, not only by constant reminder of the tour guide to be on time, do not be late or you will be left (It was really emphasized throughout the tour), but also by adjustment of the meetup time (7am instead of 8am) or buying the entrance as a group tour (included in the tour cost) to save time.

There were people came from at least 11 different countries on the bus, but the tour guide spoke in English and Mandarin. What happen to other countries? The tour guide should speak only English. Not adding Mandarin and forget every other countries. This is not right.

The tour was very organized and reasonably priced. The tour guide, Andrew, was great. He is friendly, funny, and knowledgable. I definatly recommend this tour.

Arrangement was very good and our guide, Mr. David was awesome. His communication and social skills are fantastic and managed the tour very well. Heads up to Mr. David. Would love to have his company when we would visit Tokyo next time.

Very well organised and great communication from guide. We were lucky with the weather so had some great views of Mount Fuji from where we were taken. Only 4 not 5 stars since the itinerary seemed to change halfway through, it seemed there were several itineraries sold for the same trip. We missed out lake Kawaguchi and we went to an English garden layout which wasn't really in bloom yet. However, we enjoyed the day.

The guide David was the best. Unfortunately there was a lot of traffic and it took a long time to get to the places. Tour information is not clear and leads to confusion
