We had a very great tour last Wednesday.We saw all beautiful places in amazing Barcelona city,all just beautiful 🤩 We hope to be back again and definitelly we will use green and orange route again 💚🧡

It was simple and straightforward! The Hop on Hop Off is a good way to see a city to determine what you want to see more of!

Ot is very calm and enjoying while we walk, later we sit next to the guy who played flamenco for one hour, and really enjoyed, I really liked the park, I will come again.Thank you very much, and the people who work there are very helpfull, and professional!

For some reason that I didn't fully understand, there was no audio guide available. The tickets I bought were named "...with audio guide".

Easy to get back on anywhere and enjoyed lots of relaxing Barcelona in the sunshine at the top of the bus in the open air

Everything went really well, from the city tours to the entrance to Park Güell. Simply a great city and a very nice experience.

There wasn't enough information given about the various stops. It was more like a slow bus ride. I've been on several HOHO buses and others were much more informative.

The entrance was very easy. I chose to buy the ticket without a guide, just the entrance fee. The walk through the park is very pleasant and the view is beautiful!

The park is ok, maybe not worth the price but really preatty. I did not get the audio guide but I bought with it included.

The park is beautiful but none of the staff there could help us to switch the app to German or English. It was therefore unusable and we couldn't use the audio guide either. The staff were also surprisingly unfriendly when we asked them questions.

Without the audio guide, we would surely have missed many of the small wonders hidden in this incredible place. The Mosaic Dragon, the Sala Hipòstila, the viaducts and the panoramic gardens are just some of the attractions that left us breathless. The view from the top of the park is simply breathtaking and absolutely worth the ticket price. Special thanks go to Headout for making everything so easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend anyone who wants to have a unique and magical experience in Barcelona to purchase tickets to Parc Güell on Headout. It was one of the highlights of our trip and we can't wait to return! Absolutely five stars out of five! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Chóferes should stop at all stops, I waited 1 hour at stop 15. 4 autobuses didn't even stop, one stopped and didn't open the door. Finalmente un autobús à arête, we lost a lot of time. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

Park was beautiful! Getting there early at 9:00 am helped to beat the crowds. We received responses from Headout promptly and tickets within the timeframe promised. We did not receive headphones, but maybe I missed something in the instructions. It did not take away from the beauty or our visit there. We leisurely strolled the park. May 2024, from Ohio

A beautiful park, lots of space so you are not bothered much by the crowds. Just a shame that the only restaurant in the park was closed.... Luckily we were allowed out around lunchtime. JJammer that this was not mentioned in the mail.

The Hopp On Hopp Off City Tour in Barcelona was our first bus tour of a city and all members of the family, the youngest 11 years old, liked it, which I didn't expect. Luckily we opted for the Orange Tour as the queue for the Green Tour was much longer. In the lower part of the bus (where we were initially seated to catch an earlier bus), you don't really see much of the city's sights. Fortunately, we were able to switch to the upper deck after just four stops, which I would recommend to anyone! In future we will plan more time to be able to sit on the upper deck from the start.

The architecture, the place, order and cleanliness. The people are very friendly. The indications are not quite clear but it is correct.

The company running the buses has focussed more on advertisements and less on the guiding part. Their route maps contain the bare minimum information and their audio "guide" has more ambient music than actual information. We felt that their service could have been better and at par with other cities, given it is a tourist destination.

I loved the convenience of this bus. There were issues however: many of the plugs were broken so the audio guide wasn't able to be used as the bus had been filled to full capacity when we boarded meaning we couldn't move to another seat that worked upstairs. I also think the royalty free music that plays in between the information is extremely annoying and would be better if there was either normal radio music or just no music at all. We enjoyed the experience but think these things took away slightly from the enjoyment.
