Trying to navigate entrance into the Accademia is hectic and seemingly very disorganized. However, our guide was extremely helpful, knowledgable and made the visit unforgettable.

Guide was awesome. Tour centered around David and the other prisoners. After that we to wandered off and explore the rest of the building.

I did not take the tour, I made a mistake in my schedule and immediately sent an email and they answered it until very late today and there was no way to support, in reeliadadad it was a very small amount but if it had been a considerable amount it would have been a very good deal. Very sad that they do not attend to the Messages and/or mails

They were very backed up at Accademia and we had to wait 45 mins to get in, not exactly skip the line for such a pricy ticket. The local guide was very good but I couldn't hear well because of too much static on the radio, kept cutting in and out.

Don't make misleading advertisements. If they say that we should not have to wait in line to enter, we should. The excuses are varied at the time of entry, that it is the first time it happens, that it is very crowded, etc. You know in advance that there are always a lot of people so there will always be lines. The information regarding the ticket is not clear. I thought that just showing the cell phone with the notification would be enough, but it wasn't, I had to download the app to see the confirmation. The guide was fine.

Our tour guide, Julia (all in German) was really good. The woman loves her job, you can tell right away. She didn't even look at her watch - she added 15 minutes. The information she provided was very lively and she told the story very vividly. I was very critical beforehand as I didn't know the provider. - But everything was to our satisfaction. Our guide, Manuel, was the Best. He Made it very enjoyable. And skipping that awful line was honestly the Best feeling ever. If You are visiting for just one day definetly skip the line. It's worth it

Our guide was outstanding. She was knowledgable and passionate about the tour and the history. We had several people in our tour group who were inconsiderate of others, blocking views of others and being generally selfish with our tour guide. The museum timing of skip the line was also not great. We were at least 30 minutes after the time slot allotted, standing in the sun while waiting. The museum and its treasures were gorgeous and our guide was wonderful. She really cared that we had a good experience and loved sharing history with us.

We had to wait a while to enter the gallery but our guide kept us occupied with the history of Florence . It was very crowded. My advice would be to book the earliest time possible

Antonio was knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. The tour was the length I wanted for the day. We were pleased to be able to make reservations the same day. Wonderful experience.

I really like our tour guide, Sylvia or Sophia. I wish I had done a better job remembering her name. She was terrific and knowledgeable. I learned a lot from our tour. Highly recommended.

EXCELLENT tour guide😍. The skip the line still required waiting in line 😕 We were running very close to time and another guide ?helper? Walked us through the large crowd and helped us find our guide! Someone also called our guide to make sure we connected! Awesom experience!

We loved our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable about the history of all the art within the gallery. It was also very interesting to learn more about Michaelangelo from all of his background.

It was a really informative tour, our guide Silvia was so nice and spoke perfect German! It was really easy to understand her and we learned so much. :)
