We really enjoyed the tour guide, who led us through the castle with humor and wit. In view of the overall assessment, the castle and the park need no further evaluation.

This was, by far, one of the best tours I have taken and the full credit goes to our guide, Alexander. He met us right on time , explained the process clearly and then just took over in a way that made the experience so grand. The palace is stunning but the information he provided and the enthusiasm that he did it with, was what made it such a stellar experience. Thank you Alex. He also made sure that my mother, who sometimes needs some help keeping up with pace while walking, was not left out and we greatly appreciate it. I have one suggestion - the meeting point should be made clear. The google map takes us to some location and says the place is closed. Multiple members said the same thing. Maybe a photo of the place would sort things out. But other than that, this was a lovely tour.

Everything was excellent. My daughters and I, spent 5 awesome hours at the park. Although it was a rainy day we saw all the animals apart from the polar bear. I definitely suggest to book the tickets in advance via internet, check the forecast and be well rested because the zoo is huge. Strongly recommended for children!

Everything was super organized, I bought the tickets before the visit and everything went smoothly. I would recommend the panorama train especially for families with small children, so that the children are not too tired in the zoo.

Seeing the animals from so many perspectives. The little monkey that wanted to move the wood wool from one nest to the other. The rhino that moved its head back and forth 100 times and still didn't go into the water. Our son thought the tigers and the lions were the coolest. The generally clean condition of the enclosures, the well-maintained barriers and viewing platforms and the beautiful habitats for the animals.

All the animals were easy to see and seemed to be doing well. The signs were good, as was the map. The kids loved it!!!

The zoo is fantastic! I love the way it's designed paying so much attention to the animals' natural habitat. When you walk through the zoo you have the feeling of being into the nature. Everywhere was clean and there were a lot of f&b points. Reccomend it!

I now come to Vienna once a year with my son to visit the zoo where there are animals that can't be seen anywhere else. There are beautiful playgrounds and the atmosphere is just great. See you next year

Despite construction sites and a Saturday, everything was pleasant, even for a walk. There were lots of animals to watch again and the children also had lots of fun.

We found purchasing the tickets very easy and really appreciated the 10% discount. Our guide, Karin, was knowledgeable and friendly.

Well arranged, very nice and funny guide who led us through the gardens and Schloss Schonbrunn! Meeting point was a bit unclear for a while. Highly recommended!

The palace and it's surrouding gardens are awesome! Enjoyed the very informative guided tour through the palace and history related to the Royal family.

We are always most impressed by the elephants. But also all the other animals that have beautiful, spacious enclosures.

We had a great time visiting. An opportunity to see koalas, polar bears and pandas for the first time. Also, the other animals were really active. The zoo gardens were beautiful, and the amenities were easy to find and use. We had an awesome family day out.

We really enjoyed the highlight tour. The length of the tour was just right. Great view of the castle and very entertaining and competent guide.

The overall impression of the zoo is excellent. Despite being a public holiday, we got into the zoo quickly with the tickets we had booked in advance. The old enclosures, which are adapted to modern animal husbandry, are impressive.

The zoo was very spacious. Despite the fact that it was a little crowded, we dint have to wait to see the animals. Loved the Koala, Polar bear, Leopard, Cheetah, hippo, orange utan

There are soo many animal species in the zoo. The animals can be seen from a small proximity. The areas are very well designed which makes it easier to spot animals .

MeiMein Sohn hatte seinen ersten Besuch im Zoo, als er erst 9 Monate alt war. Er ist jetzt 2,5 Jahre alt und hat sich riesig gefreut. Er hatte eine Energie und Freude, die er noch nie zuvor gehabt hatte. war großartig! Alle Tiere haben einen nach ihnen gestalteten Lebensraum, es ist ein erstaunliches Erlebnis. Man braucht gute Energie, um alle Orte in diesem Zoo besuchen zu können. alles ist schönne sohn war !!

Im Wiener Zoo kann man einen ganzen Tag verbringen. Panda, Orang-Utans, Panther, Eisbären und Pinguine sind unglaubliche Attraktionen.
