What a spectacular view! Very cool elevator ride up and educational, yet interesting walk through. The only downside is not enough chairs inside and maybe rope off the corner area, when busy, so the line does not get confusing and people jam together, and push people aside, who have been waiting in line because "they didn't know"

Easy access with online reservation. Spectacular views all around! The restaurant/ skybar is world class. Brilliant experience and super nice moments. We'd love to come back again.

Just wanted to let you know that the customer service is not very nice. I wanted to reschedule my tickets as my train got late by an hour, but neither the chat could resolve that, nor did anyone pick up my call. I had to call Edge to reschedule.

Really easy booking and came in a few dollars cheaper than booking with the Edge direct, which was great. Access was quick and easy with QR tickets, and we loved the whole experience - learning a bit more about Hudson Yards and then the amazing views across the city.

Good experience, but the price is to high! If you have to choose for a skyscraper, the summit one vaderbildt is better. Cheers!

Access was smooth and organized. When we got to the deck we were surprised at how new it was and to be able to enjoy the views and the nice weather we were having. Thank you

The observation deck was so beautiful and it was surprising easy to get into the deck in terms of it not being super busy. Idk if it was just the day i went. There were also snacks and drinks for sale as well as a restaurant that i assume you need a reservation for. My fam and i got some beautiful pics outside and had a really great time. Another huge positive is that the tickets ended up being cheaper than buying them off the website!

There where issues with the Elevator and we wait without Information and attention about that. The Location was amazing!

A must do when in NY! A memorable experience for sure. Would like to do the night flight next time. Can highly recommend!

Easy and quick to purchase. The Edge is a MASTERPIECE. I have visited other observation decks. But nothing compares!! Went at sunset and OMG!! Breathtaking

From the surroundings everything is spectacular when you enter the building the organization and the view is beautiful. Definitely when I return to New York I will visit again.

New astounding views of NY besides the ones provided by Empire State or One World, from a freshly built area. Easy online ticketing and efficient organisation.

I loved the view and the elevator climbing. I did not like that they wouldn't let me in earlier than my appointment, because I had a misunderstanding with my friends and they bought the ticket for an hour earlier. However, people at the desk were very helpful and they gave me another ticket

Great outlook over Manhattan and beyond. Nice for sunset. Glas shields make photographing a bit difficult, when sun mirrors while sunset We had bad luck, with suddenly rising fog exactly during 'blue hour' time, when lights went on - ended in completely blocked view and really chilly breeze. Defenitely be aware of a different temperature at top!

The hights; nonetheless I think there is missing a sign at the Lobby (at the main entrance) to get to the lifts to the 4th floor. On the other hand, I was super punctual (even earlier like half an hour) and the guy at the clock told me to go for a walk and when I got back 10 minutes before my schedule there were calling early visitors and my scheduled was called already while I was taking a walk so for the sake of good order please respect all schedules; otherwise, let us all early visitors to get in regardless our further schedule. Thank you
