Tickets to Opéra Garnier

What we saw of the Opera Garnier was beautifull. Truly a more spectacular experience than Versailles. What we were sad about was the fact that the audititorium was closed and that the entry process was a bit crowded and stressful. We are also very sorry that the evening tour we had booked was canceled. We would have liked a guided tour instead if a self tour.

Ticket process was really easy. Great experience! Walked right up to the entrance and did not have to wait in line for entry.

Purchase was very easy and we had direct access without having to wait in line. We loved the immersive tour with the iPad. The opera is a fantastic building always worth a visit.

A dream come true in every sense. I would like to return to enjoy a ballet or opera that is on the bill.

Entering the Opera Garnie was easy and just two or three questions to the support staff put you in the ideal position to visit the house.

We couldn't get in with the voucher sent over the internet, which didn't even have the code. The person at reception wouldn't accept it, saying it was from a private company, but she was kind enough to direct us to another counter to exchange the ticket for another one.

Building is stunning. Loved seeing it in person. Just too many people especially people who couldn't get enough pictures of themselves. Many photo shoots. Not organized. Not enough staff at venue bro direct throngs of people to the correct place

I liked that I had my tickets on my phone but allthough I had them I was waiting at the queue at about 20 minutes . Opera Garnier was wonderful

Easy ordering and redemption without printing. Easy payment. Visiting the Paris Opera is so worth it. Highly recommended.

Second time of visit Opéra Garnier- early arrival was fantastic. Easy entrance and queuing wasn't long. Booking was easy and quick.

The Paris Opera was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. It was so much more spectacular than we could have imagined. The history and ability to walk through were incredible and we were particularly intrigued with the tie ins to the Phantom of the Opera. Unbelievable, would recommend 100%

This avtivity is worth the money. Great experience at opera garnier. In the morning there is a big line of people but it goes really fast.

The Opera Garnier is simply beautiful, rich in detail. It's impossible to visit without an audio guide. Chagall's painting is beautiful. Everything is enchanting. Set aside two hours of your day to contemplate such beauty.

My husband and I really appreciated not having to wait in line. The staff were very friendly and competent. The first time, my tablet wouldn't start (a bug) and then 5 minutes later there was no sound. Both times I was able to return to the people who distribute the devices without any problem. They changed my tablet with apologies for the inconvenience and smiles. It's so rare to meet people who don't slow down or sigh when something goes wrong. The Opera Garnier is magnificent. Thanks to the tablet, the visit is very interesting for the elderly, as the sound intensity is sufficient. I'll be recommending this tour to our friends as soon as we get back to Auvergne.

We were able to enter to make our visit. Just need to be more specific in the information to redeem the boleros purchased by the platform, is a bit complex platform.

Opera Paris is very beautiful!!! It's worth going there to see it!!! I bought the tickets online and everything went smoothly with no queues!

The location is outstanding, and the visitation system with headset and mini screen is easy to use and very nice to listen to. Rated 10
