Easy booking process and thanks to the app.no need to print which is easy when travelling! Upon arrival staff offered me an paid upgrade to a guided tour (which I originally wanted to book but not.available) so that was a lovely surprise as well

The Colosseum is a must on a visit to Rome, also the entrance was very fast because we chose a turn very early, von the app we opened the tickets and access was smooth.

After some trepidation when I saw the headout reviews on other pages, everything went well. The tickets are authentic and give you direct entry to the Colosseum, Forum and Palatine Hill without the need to change tickets. You just have to arrive and go straight to the entrance with your ticket 15 minutes before the booked time. There's no point in going earlier, they won't let you in. Tickets are more expensive than at the box office, which is the only downside. If you manage to buy them in time on the coliseum's website, you'll get the same price as at the box office. If you only get them from this type of reseller, you'll have to pay more and to get tickets at the monument itself, the queues are huge. Apart from being more expensive than at the box office, I give it a 10 😊😉

What's not allowed

You will be denied entry if you do not carry a valid ID or passport with you and present it at the time of entry if requested.
Note that the following are not allowed on this tour: Large backpacks, and luggage.
No storage facility is available. You can, however, take a baby stroller into the Colosseum with you, should it be necessary.

After booking the ticket, you’ll receive information on how to download the digital audio guide app on your smartphone.
Families with children will be escorted to the entrance of the Roman Forum
The mandatory security check can take 30 min or more. To make the security checks quicker, please insert any object (including mobile phone) in the bag/backpack or in the tray to be included in the X-ray.
Please note that entry to the Colosseum is free on the first Sunday of the month, just beware of the crowds!
Please note that timed priority entry is only available at the Colosseum, but the tickets for the Forum and Palatine will remain valid for an additional 24 hours after the Colosseum entry time selected during booking.
You might be given a time slot 30 minutes earlier or up to 2 hours later than the one you picked, depending on what's available.
The tickets for the Palatine and Forum will remain valid for an additional 24 hours after the Colosseum entry time selected during booking.
Note that there are 2 entrances: one for the Colosseum, and another for the Roman Forum & Palatine Hill (combined). You may enter each entrance ONLY ONCE and not re-enter.
