Judging by some of the comments, I was a little worried... but frankly everything went really well. I ordered 3 tickets for a tourist bus in Barcelona valid for 24 hours, and received the voucher 1 hour later by e-mail. As the message said, I presented the voucher to the driver at Plaça Catalunya, who gave me my tickets... and we used them from Thursday lunchtime until Friday lunchtime, i.e. 24 hours... in short, a successful experience for us👌

Bought the ticket online. I was in Barcelona for one day and it was a great way to see the city. Comfortable and relaxing. Took both routes which I recommend.

Upstairs it was sometimes dangerous as tree branches came against us when not expecting it. Should be somehow more protected.

Very straightforward to join tour. It was well organised. Our guide was very well informed and her commentary was excellent throughout. Our tour was in Spanish and English and our guide's English was superb. Loved the tour, the Sagrada is breathtaking. Many thanks we loved the experience.
