The bus had issues with several of the audio outlets and at leas six of the plug-in boxed did not work around the seats I had. The 1:35 hr trip took nearly 4 hr due to traffic problems (no fault of the bus/service)...😕

The mate on the river cruise was funny and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed it! After three days of walking, the bus was a great way to see the city and test the feet.

I had a party of 11, tried to book tickets for the entire party, and the website would not allow me to. I had another person on the trip book 5, I booked 6. We both booked at the same time, which was after noon, she was given a discount for the remainder of the day, I was charged full price. I contacted customer support, all they offered to do was to knock 10% off my NEXT trip. I'm leaving town and will not have the opportunity to book another trip.

The bus was comfortable. However, I waited at Green Park stop for way too long before someone told me that due to road closures the bus wouldn't stop there. I spent 45 mins trying to find the pier for the cruise. There were no signages. Staff on the bus (driver) wasn't guiding well.

It's quickest way to travel from Stansted to Central London. The WiFi is a bonus. When buying a ticket, some touch screens on the machines not functioning well, after trying on several machines I was able to purchase a ticket.
