The customer service helper at the front door was so helpful, he even helped us register with Grab and called a taxi for us when we couldn't register. Very friendly and so helpful.

I thought we would receive skip the line (express pass) tickets, however, they were standard admission and we had to purchase the skip the line pass separately.

Ticketing experience was straight forward, and the cost was better than queuing up at the ticket office of the Cable Car.

We came with adult children to kill a day, so our amazement was with the detail of the park. Our favourite ride was the Transformers simulation 3D experience. We were disappointed that you needed to pay for a locker for the Jussaic Park water ride, that should've just been a a token. We were also frustrated that you walked into attractions and came upon a (very long) queue not obvious from the outside, but then there was no exit and you were literally stuck until your turn (longest 45 minutes underground). Also. although the tickets were seamless to purchase via Headout, the park needs a bar code, not QR code to enter, so it took a good 10 minutes for the staff to get barcodes downloaded and get us in.

The most unforgettable rides were the transformers: the ride, revenge of the mummy, battlestar galactica, and lights camera and action.

With skip-the-line tickets, you'll breeze right into the venue, bypassing the ticket booth queues. Remember, this isn't the same as an express pass, which speeds up your ride queues.
Park hours will be extended to 8pm on March 3, 9, 16, 23, 30, April 6, 13, 21, 28, and May 4, 11, 19, and 25 for the Universal Star Power Parade at 7:30pm.
