Our guide Ana was wonderful! She explained everything very well! After our 2 hours of waiting in line as we expected we found out that the summit was closed. Ana explained that it was too crowded. She told us we would get a refund. I asked what would happen if it reopens while we are up there, can I have the ticket just in case it does reopen. She said it was closed for the day and gave us the code for the refund. I would have rathered chanced going up and not getting the refund. I was not given that choice. Shortly after arriving on the second level the summit reopened! I was so disappointed that I spent all those hours standing in lines and not getting to the summit!

Everything as expected. Beautiful rooms, exciting art, an overrated and crowded Monalisa. Just a shame that almost all the toilets were closed at the same time and the ones that were open were relatively dirty. About the Eigang la carrousel is absolutely recommendable.

I was happy with my Versailles tickets, but very disappointed with my Louvre tickets, as the audio guide was on our cell phone - not everyone has access to a smartphone! I paid for 2 audio-guides for nothing! It wasn't indicated when I bought the tickets. I had downloaded the application, but it wasn't explained properly afterwards that we had to enter the code before entering the Louvre, so we were never able to access it. I lost 12€.
